Armada Properties was founded by John and Miranda Myers and has been providing Sheffield students and young professionals with high quality and safe accommodation for over 25 years. Originally from Sheffield, John and Miranda live in Crookes, close to all of their properties.

With properties in and around the Crookes, Crookesmoor and Broomhill areas, our tenants benefit from living in well maintained period houses with modern kitchens and bathrooms and a prompt response should there be any problems.

All our properties benefit from continual maintenance throughout the year from our maintenance officer, Dick, who is also on call to assist tenants with aspects such as setting the central heating or using the burglar alarm.

We are proud that our properties exceed the standards set out in the Sheffield City Council Responsible Landlord Scheme and to mark this they have been awarded Accredited Status for Sheffield Student Housing. This recognises the highest quality of rented accommodation and covers maintenance, safety and security, as well as insulation and professional conduct.

We are also part of Sheffield City Council’s Responsible Landlord Scheme.
